Talk time on online purchase not given

Value of talktime purchased on line on phone no. Airtel number 9871349334. payment by ICICI was made but the value of the talk time never credited to my phone.

I have stopped using the services of this no. but airtel has not refunded my money back.i do not want talk time as i have discarded the services of airtel & want refund of my money
