Dear Concerned airtel officer
This is for your information please, i have purchase new airtel prepaid sim no. 9650501477 dt 16.11.11, submitting of all necessary document and passport size photograph from jai mata di communication - shop no. 8, retailshop of sim card, sanwal nagar, andrewjganj, new delhi-49. And incoming and outcoming secvice hasbeen start within 2 hours. i m continueing using my sim card and recharge with rs. 62 msg voucher. One day i have recieved msg frm airtel to submit my documents than i remind to retail shop keeper, he said i have already sent to airtel office. But my incoming and out going service is closed dt 30.11.11. so many times i remind to retail shopkeeper and already talk to customer care of airtel but i haven't get response. i have more trust on airtel.
kindly go though my complaint and start my incoming And outgoing services with immediate effect.
your early action is highly appriciated.
