Very very poor serviceof internet service

I am very sorry to inform you that your internet service form Jaipur is very poor. While I made complain than form your part take it a revengeful and now I can not accsed the service. Please make it sure that your company can provide this service properly or not. My all lines are jammed for your costumer care service center. Now I am unable to make any contact to the costumer care service center.
