Prepaid customer service are worse

I am a very old customer of Airtel. I have a prepaid number of airtel. Now i have lost my cell phone and I have been calling for last one day on Airtel customer care number but nobody is there to picj the call. When finally someone picks the call, they say that its postpaid customer care number and i have to go to prepaid customer care number.

And the worse is that there is no customer care option when you dial 121 from prepaid sim. They don't provide prepaid members the facility to talk to customer care executives.

I have never seen such worse customer care services in my life. Airtel is a fraud company. They only believe in selling their product but not in providing services to their customers.
