My name is Amit Kumar Sharma. I purchased a new Airtel Prepaid SIM in the month of May this year. I submitted all required document along with the application form to an Airtel Shop located at Sector 37, Faridabad-121003.
But My number was blocked saying that address verication failed. I submitted the documents again to the same Airtel Shop. But, nothing happend and now my SIM is permanantely blocked.
