I had a talk with Airtel`s Customer Care representative some 15 days ago regarding activation of GPRS service on my handset. Right now I am in Bihar and have also received the settings for the same. But when I press 0 for a long time, i receive a error message indicating "Subscribe to Packet Data First" & "Link not available". I tried to talk with any Airtel`s representative on 121 but the calls automatically ends when I press 9 to talk to any Customer Care Representaitve.kindly resolve the issue. My IMSI is 919955239518 and I am currently in Bihar. Looking for your quick action.
