I am using 4 Airtel sim from last 1 1/2 months. But now my all sim
has been blocked from 13/06.The customer care executive is
telling that document not verified.
Today i went to Airtel Office (Kandivli East), there one lady
told that one person cannot have more than 1 sim. Is it true? If
yes then why you didn't inform me about that when i purchased
that 4 sim. Also she was telling that according to rule only 1
sim is being provided to 1 person only, so my other 3 numbers
will not be activated. Is it like that?
if my other 3 number won't be activated then who will be
responsible for money loss? Otherwise i have to go to Consumer
Forum regarding that...
As soon as possible give a resopnse, i am waiting...
