Dear Sir/Madam,

I (Dhananjay) have bought Airtel Prepaid Simcard from The Mobile Shope Banshankari 3rd Stage on 23/09/09 and i have submitted 1photo, PAN Card and Address Proof (Rental Agreement), but after 10days they have deactivated my both incoming abd outgoing calls by telling that my form are not submitted. where as i contected dealer (the mobile shope) they told me to go to airtel office and airtell office are telling they not recieved form. the mobile shope have given me reciept form whic shows that airtel sales team has collected the form.

when i contected airtel office they are not responding properly (jayanagar, Bangalore) than i spock to customer care they promissed me to resolve my problem in 2working days, after 3working days once again i spoke to custome care again the promissed me that they rectify withing 24hr but till now nothing they have done.
