Hi, I am Ravikant,
Before 1 month I have activated GPRS on my mobile (Biggest mistake in my life).
After 4 days I have send msg for deactivation, but request was not confirmed for deactivation.
Thenafter I have regular deduction on my account balance for GPRS.
I have make many call to Airtel Customer Care representatives, but they only refund my balance, & fail to stop wrongly deduction from my account. If Airtel is really unable to solve this small problem, they have to shut down their business.
