More deduction of money after recharge

i recharge my mobile by the amount of Rs 321.00, the vender told the full talk time scheme is there, but after recharge i got the talk time of Rs195.69 only.transID-1866395791 by the message sending by airtel at 3.27pm (23/09/08).

i am using the airtel sim from long time but this thing is happnd first time only.it is my request to do needful action
