Sim blocked inspite of subgmitting proper documantations

I purchased a prepaid sim of airtel from an authorised airtel dealer and submitted proper identification details. inspite of that my sim has been blocked.

i again submitted the duplicate copies of my driving license as well as my PAN card. my services has been barred and it is now more than 40 hours that mr services are not restored. please do the needful.
