Payment made Top up not credited

I have paid Rs.400/- towards recharge (top-up) of Airtel mobile No. 919730497408 through my ICICI Credit Card (online transaction Id: 0097633044) on 30-3-09. ICICI has confirmed that the payment has been made to you and the transaction was successful. But the credit for call time of Rs. 400/- is still not received on mobile No. 919730497408 for which the recharge was made.
