I have been guided by customer care on 11/5/08 which states following description :-
1.Rs.152/- Recharge Rs-135/-Talk time
2.3 month validity.
But i have get only Rs-45/-Talk time.when i put this matter to Airtel they refuse to take the complaint and stated that :
1.The above scheme are conway by mistake.
2.we are sorry for this.
I don't know what mistake is made by Airtel customer care executive & it is not a matter of Rs - 135/- but certainly the matter of Ethics and loathing the customers.
So in the view of above matter plese arrange to Add my rest balance in my account for avoid this matter are going in consumer court.
