Not receiving balance transfer to custome

Dear sir, i m retailer since last 5 year, i was gatting regular balance for transfer from distributor.but since last two week distributor can't transfer balance. he says that my fos 9998052196 can't transfer balance in my account. i had inquired to customer care 9898522222, they said there is no problame in my card my card is already lapu card, so please help my distibitor apsara enterprise, ahmedabad.

please do the needfull for the same. & help my distributor to help me.
