My complaint is related to Airtel customer care and airtel service... I had paid 6011 Rs and my bill was 5336 Rs (I paid because i want to change the bill plan) so my balance is 675 Rs after that I had changed the bill plan (Corporate) in same number .but there are two different acount number... In one i have balance 675 Rs and other one bill is 949 Rs... so I want to adjust my previous amount to current amount or refund my balance... i had sent more than 5 email to [email protected] and went to many time customer care office about my problem. (Near kalyaninagar pune)...
Now my outgoing is not working... I just want know what is the problem is airtel service .. no body respond properly even if u ask question or about problem... they go away...
