You have expressed concern over call charges between your Airtel numbers 9730069528 to 36 after conversion from Company paid to Self paid.

We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

Please be informed that the above mentioned mobile numbers are currently under Combat II plan and you can retain the same plan after conversion from Company paid to Self paid. You can also get the same calling benefit between your group mobile numbers. We request you to retain the same plan for the mobile numbers while conversion from Company paid to Self paid

Thank you for your reply.

The information provided from your end is not correct. As per my service

request on 18th Nov. I have already canceled my mobile connection. This

Delay to close account from 18th to Nov to 8th DEC is from AIRTEL.

As per my visit to your Borivali Relation center on 20th Nov. They

guided me to pay Rs.- the same has been paid from my end. Please clear

your internel matter. Please communicate to your airtel relation center -

Borivali.

Hence, I will not pay this bill which is not used by me.

Also refer my first E-mail send to you. I have clearly mention the dates I

have given request.

Please reverse my balance deposit of Rs.500 as earliest.

Awaiting positive reply as earliest.

Finally, On 18 Nov I have given request to close my services.

But, your care executive is not ready to close the same.

I have paid my full outstanding till 20th Nov in my airtel web

account.

Also your executive is now accepted there is problem in sim card

issued to me. Call received from your center (02240884609).

Please not now I am not going to pay any further payment. As I have paid all amount which I used till 20 Nov. (You can see my payment transaction in your records)

Please do the needful.
