Post Paid to Pre-Paid service

Dear Sir/Madam

i would like to bring it to your notice that i am using Post Paid connection number 9980196661 of Air Tel from last 4 year, i was not getting the bill properly, billing amunt was not proper, for examlple i had not activited Missed Call Alert and the service provider were charging from last 14 months, and finally i brought to there notice and it was de-activated.

For all this reason i have changed my post paid connection into pre-paid and i have cleared all my outstanding on 30/03/09 at 4.30pm and even recharged on the same day for the same number, but till now (02/04/09 - 11.30am) my numer for pre-paid connection is not activited, there is no incoming are outgoing from 01/04/09. this is way Airt Tel Service provider is Harissing the costumer.

i kindly request the concerned person to help me out and give the service to my number at the earilest.
