I am airtel billing costmer from last two to three month i face problem like call drop and cross connection and now new problem when you attend some call it automaticaly disconnect. and for all i give several complaint to their 121 service. they always assure that u r problem be solve in 48hrs or some time it may be more hrs but still they not clear it. They also told me that their technicion talk with me but no ph nothing. Now i am fade out.
