On 2nd of september i recieved a message from air tel to recharge topup of rs 599 and they were offering 100 minutes free A2A. I recharged my phone of Rs 599 and got 100 minutes free but the 100 minutes was not given on 2nd instead they were charging from total amount & it started after two days instead i gave a call to customer care I asked them & was told by them there is some software problem and will be soon solved. The scheme is for 15 days but they didn't gave me for 15 days and cut Rs 29 before 15 days. Even i was in touch wid customer care. After 18th of sep i lodged a complaint rather when i asked them today. I was told by them there is no complaint. I dont know wat these airtel guys r upto they dont care abt the customer.

My airtel no. is 9906144956 & i should get my free calls atleast for 50 minutes
