EASY RECHARGE PROBLEM

Respected sir,

Iam Rajesh chauhan, mobile no. 09760723542, MATHURA, My problem is that iam not able to recharge my cellphone with calling amount through easy recharges, however i can do the same by recharge coupons,

I have talked many a times for the above problem with the airtel senior and junior executives of approximately 10-15 times, every time i give them transaction id, they told me to wait for a day, then they send the response next day through phones saying that your complain has been sort out and now you can do easy recharges on your mobile, when i do the recharges then the same problem continues,

PLEASE SORT MY PROBLEM, YOUR FORUM IS ONLY THE LAST PATH FOR ME.

every time i also send the them transaction id, some of them are as follows.
