On 13/12/08 received call from 0091 9871949851 regarding my request for 2 additional SIM card activation at 5.55 pm ist. I regret to inform that the gentleman on this mobile phone was downright rude and misbehaved beyond limits. He could not care less for the organisation he serves. How a renowned company such as AIRTEL INDIA can keep him on their roles. On further requesting he REFUSED to disclose his name. I have now left my complaint with AIRTEL customer complain with CHARU AT 2.30PM ON 16/12/08 AND HOPE SOMEONE WILL REDRESS IT BEFORE THIS GENTLEMAN AGAIN MISBEHAVES
