AIRTEL HAS SEND SIM CARD FOR RECYCLE BEFORE 45 DAYS

Sir,

I have bought airtel sim card 9663071925 which was free along with mobile purchase. Now the SIM was activated on 18/12 and it was working fine SIM WAS RECHARGED WITH 350 rs.

Sudennly i got message that your calls are barred since we are unable to verify address.

I called on Airtel they told me to resubmitt the documents i submitted all documents again. But sim was not activated, they asked me to wait for 48 hours and since it was not activated i called them again they told from where you got this sim they asked me to go to same shop and again submit the documents I did the same but it was not activated. Airtel told its not there problem The shop from where you got sim has not submitted documents i went again there and enquired they told they had already forwarded documents to airtel, SHOWN ME PROOF ALSO.when called airtel they told our person came to verify address 2 times but your door was locked so sim is rejected and send for recycle.

MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW BEFORE 45 DAYS OF ACTIVATION THEY CAN SEND SIM FOR RECYCLING,

EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS 3 TIMES WHY ACTION WAS NOT TAKEN

IF AIRTEL IS DOING LIKE THIS WITH COUSTOMERS 350 recharge amount who will pay again.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION IS THERE DUTY NOT COUSTOMER DUTY.

I WANT MY 350 rs TO BE TRANSFFERED TO MY NEW SIM WHICH I TOOK FOR AIRTEL AGAIN.
