Last 5th July, Tuesday i brought a prepaid air tel Sim card from "THE MOBILE STORE
" (ADD&-74 feeder road, kolkata 56, Belghoria, phno 033 64541644), at the time of perches i gave my valid documents (zerox of voter id card) with my recent color photograph. But from 12th July, air tel barred my all calls (both incoming and out going and sms service also). because of non submission of documents though i already submitted. So 13th July i went to that mobile shop again to know what happening with my documents, they have no answer and i again submitted my documents to that dealer to submit air tel but still now my phone does not functioning. I don't know what to do, why they are so careless. i have 70 rs balance, that's why i cant able to throw it.my phone becoming dead now. how can i get the service again? That dealer said that they already submitted my documents but this is airtel's fault. i don't know who is the calpit for such a stupid thing but i need my service as soon as possible. my airtel no is 9903652718.
