Messsage sendiong problem

Dear Sir

I am subscriber of Airtel Phone. I am unbale to send the messege to any mobile no. I have complaines many times. NO solution has been so far. while calling to customer care people. Thay always give the complain referance no. but they are providing any solution for the same.

Now I am fed up with their false promise. Pls solve my problem
