Im a Airtel user of past 5 years its services best than other networks... but last 1 month im facing lots of difficulty i Cant able to connect to customer care no 121 .. my ivr is blocked i complaint many times there is no proper responce.. ur agents r not having helping tendency to customers . i need my ivr get released very soon .. otherwise i ll make this issue to consumer court...
