Asking for Loan of Rs.500/- our own security deposit amount

Dear Airtel,

Customer Name: Mrs Sudha Gajanan Bhise

Relationship with customer as: Daughter.

I have been asking for refund of my security deposit amount of Rs.500/- for my mobile number : 9987595109, serveral times (pl check your records in 121 in this case). All in vain.

When I had called for the first time, I was being informed that I will receive this amount by cheque within 45 days.

As off now there is no communication upfront from Airtel!!

On recently enquring on date 18th June I received sms with the simultaneously provinding the service request number :- 17165824 and we will get back to you by Wednesday 25 th June - 1600 hours.

There was no response from Airtel either!

When I called on 121 Customer care the person told to get the refund i need to send my bank account statement through email.

Here to be clear I do not require LOAN from Airtel of Rs.500/- but my security deposit.

Awaiting for your QUICK and favourable response ASAP.
