Deactivation of Speed flirt service

Dear Sir,

I had registerd several complaint to customer care for deactivation of my speed flirt service but each time i m gettin same reply that within 24 hrs ur service will be deactivated and I m fed up by this reply So plz deactivate this service. bcoz I m not able to deactivate this service from my side.
