Sorry to say i am fed up with your service, my airway bill number 5048381472 has to be deliver but yet i don't have any information of my consignment.
i tried to call your so many customer care numbers 0120-3208599/4280572, 011-46099517/46099516/46099512/46099511.
every number was rung but nobody picked up the phone.
when your customer care staff don't want to listen customer's problem then what's the need to provide customer care's numbers on site.
to whom i have to talk... it's a very big question now..?
please make sure my consignment should reach up to me as soon as possible.
this complaint is only a last hope with me.
