Customer Care Miscommunication Ad total Harassment

Hello Sir,

I had taken two numbers for internet connectivity but i don't find them good. So I close them with clearing my account on 18 Oct. I was asked by customer care to destroy the Sim's and I did that. But till now I being chased by customer care for not paying the bill and they said that they are still working. They themselves write what they feel so in the reason for closing. And I got that information from one of the customer care person.

Please help me out as I am really fed up by these calls
