So many times (4 times) address proof submission

Hi, i have submitted 4 times my addressproofs two time in airtel centre. stiil i am facing problem .after certain days your system ask for addressproof documents. i have total 9 cards of airtel but other cards dont have problem. only one no. facing problem.
