We recently purchased a shop at at Gala no.1, Trimurti Nagar Chawl, behind Ostwal Nagari, Vijay Nagar, Nallasopara (E), 401209 on date 24th Day of August & and we gave this shop to Mr. Ajaykumar Shivchand Garg (Builder) to keep his construction material in October on a Monthly rent of Rs.- as he promised to give the shop of the bigger area or more at the same place however we never received any rent i.e. not even for a single month & we had patient that we may get the bigger shop however now as it is half way completion, we have realised that the construction is illegal & we request to take action against it & be obliged.
