Getting the Problem?

Resoected Sir,

I purchased a AKAI TV on Nov.2008. But after one month when I Swiched Off TV there is point arrive in Centre on my TV. I complain to reatiler about the problem but they said that don't worry about it. I said that can any problem arrive in future they said that no problem arrived in future. But also I said that you take some extra money and exchange my this TV.But they are not agree.
