Non Functioning Net Banking Password Procured from Bank

I am a partner of A.K.Builders & Architects, Patiala (Punjab). I got the Net banking password from the Patiala branch today but unable to operate the same as the password supplied in Voucher is not working and show its invalidity. My customer ID is 195021104 and Current account # is 195010200007801. Kindly look into matter and do the needful.
