Seapage Issue

There is a seapage happening at my place because of the above flat and the owner is not ready to rectify it even though it requires his tiles to be replaced and fixed properly.

this is an asset for him and he must change it at his own cost but he is not listening to the complaint of mine for long.

I want to raise it to you to ensure that these issues gets resolved in our society for future as well.
