Awful Service

PLZ DONT WASTE TIME AND BURN YOUR FINGERS HERE. They have displayed some of the worst, awful, hopeless service i have seen in my life. I had given a lg 29 inches tv (work order no: TIQ 853) to them for repair and their never ending saga of calls, dates, deliveries, spares, story-telling, vendors, parts, etc, etc started. Everyday i used to receive two calls one in the morning from Customer Care and one in the evening from the Service Centre promising me a new delivery date and a brand new excuse. And they juggle with the customer and pass the buck from the customer care centre to the service centre and tell us that they are different departments. Their mobile numbers don't work most of the time. They have the most rude, adamant and awful staff. The Worst thing is they they took the entire tv unit when the only thing they had to replace was the ic and lot in the board and then they call me up everyday saying that they have not received the part yet and the vendor has sent some wrong part. PLZ STAY AWAY and they claim to be a ISO 9001 : 2000 company. I would really like to see their certificate whether it is really a genuine or a fake one. I think a company like JUST DIAL should verify the credentials of such FLY BY NIGHT TOM DICK AND HARRY Companies so that customers like us dont get their calls and fall in their Trap.
