Upset with service and not able to get my TV back

Dear sir/Madam,

Subject: LCD TV, Poor service and not getting repaired even Not returning after repeated calls waiting for 50 days.

I have 26 Inches LCD SAMSUNG TV.As it was having power problems I consulted AKS service center as my TV is not under warranty. AKS charged Service charges and TV has been taken on 29th Dec. After rcalling They asked for 1 week time and extended for another week for monitoring. Finally told that Mother board has some problem so we need to replace. Collected Rs 3000/ and promised that in a week time Tv will be repaired. After that I called many times and every time they are extending the time line. Please note that the time line has been extended at least 5 times. So finally I told to return MY TV and Money as I am not happy with the service and AKS failed to keep their promises repeatedly. Finally they extended the date till Feb 15th. On 15th when I called they are saying that they are not able to contact engineer so can't inform. I really got very upset and demanded my TV back. Still they are asking for extension. No information weather they got the part to repair or not. Not even returning my TV.

As Its been 50 days I lost faith on AKS.Already I had paid reliance digital TV for 6 months even I am wasting money there as well.

Kindly please look into this matter.
