My daughter who is working infosy`s Mysore booked the KSRTC m ticket for her and her friend-mangalore to Mysore. Passenger name Aysha salma trip code2245MNGMYS JOURNY DATE 11-03-12 DEP TIME 22.45 seat No 15;19 She booked it a week in advance to get the front seat.

As per the chart in your site both the seats were front side. When we board the bus we found that No 15 is back seat. We pleaded with Conductor as well concerned TC the reply came very rudely "we do not know anything about Internet booking your seat is 15 you have to travel on that seat itself"

Some co passenger said this is common, the Internet chart normally do not tally with bus seat number position. Is it not the in convenience to passenger specially ladies and elderly passengers? i have surprised to see the seat numbers are printed in a small piece of cardboard and just tuck beside the seat anybody can remove it and place at this will and pleasure

Please look into matter and try to rectify it at your earliest this is the request to the concerned authority -then only we call KSRTC Karnataka as passenger friendly and tourism friendly
