Airtel GPRS deactivate

Dear GPRS Administrator,

I am Alex Tuscano from vasai, last month i had activate GPRS on my mobile number 9766201140, that time i was using Nokia mobile N70.now this mobile is damaged and i using Mobile Nokia 2600 i try to deactivate my GPRS from date of 01/05 to today. every day i try to deactivate GPRS but GPRS could not deactivated and i am loosing 15th rupees every day.

Some time i activate and deactivate GPRS but first time i got this problem for deactivate GPRS.

Could you tell me how can possible to deactivate GPRS.other wise i loosing my money every day.
