Money deucted from SB A/c

Ref: Saving A/c no : 50007131058 (Lakhanpur, Kanpur Branch), ATM card no : 4213 3710 9400 7515

With due respect, it is being brought to your kind notice that on date 05-04-09 at 8 pm, I was taking out Rs 2000=00 (two thousand only)

from ATM located at KAKADEO, Kanpur. Unfortunately the amount could not be delivered by the machine and no slip was out.

This I have informed to the respective care taker, he was telling this is happening with so many people as all the ATM's are having problem.

But surprise to see that the amount was debited my SB a/c.

The application for the regularization was given to the concerned branch on 08-05-09, but till date no action has so far been taken.

I need your help in this regard, I found yr main address from site and putting forward my case. Kindy extend your support and guide me for further action.
