Sir,
I had purchased a Allen Solly Jacket (Style Code AEO581AW10) of worth Rs. 1799/- 0n 28th Nov from 'Allen Solly ' shop, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Noida.
After one week of purchase cloth of Jacket got a loose stitchig from right elbow side.
On 10th Dec I asked to retailer replace my jacket as company already provided 3 month warranty.
They submitted my jacket for further processing, but at this peak time of winter at delhi they didnot have any provision for a quick response.
I asked for the customer care no at the outlet, but they have no idea of the same.
