I purchase a internet broadband unlimited 399 package from this company.they commit they will provide services if any problem with connections.on 24th suddnly internet connetivity gone and when i ask to alliance broadband franchise "what happend with connection my internet is not working? He replied very ruffly we will see in morning..then i say its not working since morning he said to kya aap pura din so rahe the' what the hell use this type language with customers. I am complaingAgainst with that franshise.please help me..what is this a company behave with customers...
