Dear maruti udyog department,
i would like to mention that we had quite an unprofessional service by maruti dealer at chandigarh, berkely automobiles.the staff of sales and true value department gave us a very unprofessional service and did not deliver what they promised on our true value exchange.further more on finding out their false committment, they agreed to compensate... which is very un accepatble... we did not even enjoy the home coming of our new car as we found the deal very un reliable...
they promised us a jvc stereo apprx 8200 and gave us one which is just rs. 3300 with front 2 speakers of philips... on complaing about this they agreed to give us free seat covers... which is so un accepatble... it means you can fool any one, but once they catch your smartness you give them and adjust... on top of all this, they forget that ho wmuch difficult it is to leave our daily schedule and roam around to their office, neglecting my child and family... i want a stereo of the price promised in true value exchange or accessories worth the same price.this is fairness.
i hope an earnest action will be taken by maruti company and make us feel that maruti is still the best and reliable company in india.
