I own maruti Alto Lxi, from 21st june. I really enjoyed single hand use of 37000 kms, of my car. In 37000kms i ve completed all services upto 35000 kms at your authorised mul centres. During this run i face lots of problems few of them resolved by the dealer . few of them are still there in vehicle, The details are as under

I already send mycomplaint details to Crm sai service Fugewadi.
There is no reply from sai service ends.they dont want customers who are complainting, any way my vehicle has a problem of clutch slipage, rattling noise of both calipers, humming noise from the wheel which are causing tyre tread wear, window regulator fr lh&rear lh are bent causing door handle voibration, fr suspension hard, the vehicle geting imact noise in a small dug, clutch slipage causing low fuel average.
i dont know why at the dealer ends the issue resolution not done, I think MUL has not given authority to replace the spares under warranty as warranty policy of mul is for limited kms.ie for 40, 000 kms. which can easily complited before one year .after another 2000 kms warranty of my car will be lapsed then the dealers are ready to earn money by replacing such damage parts. pls look into this not for me who are using reguler maruti, this is my second car of maruti.
