Payment done still receiving bill

I had done the payment in the sept still receiving bill, after checking with customer care no. i cameto know, my cheque has gone to suspend account, last two month following this but still not got the update twice done fax of my bank statement (fax no.04066068976) & last request no was 89104330 . Still not got any update but i have receiving call from ICICI for payment & also receiving bill.

kindly look into the matter very seriously.
