About ups failure in work

Hallo sir this is suni from nagpur i have purchased a p.c. before 10 month s and right now ups doesnt work properly it totally goes down when light fluctuation please help me sir.

from 20 days i have beebn suffering from this problem what wil i do sir?? i have lost that ups *(microtech) bill
