We Bought a amararaja Inverter (ace) amararaja Battery from a local seller in Our Town, in march and in second month (April 08) onwards digital Inverter got problem and he took almost 4 months to get repair, now not even one year of purchase 20 days back battery got problem and he is saying we don't have a guarantee card. At the time of buying he told the bill (invoice) is a guarantee card as we don't have a direct dealer in our town for everything we are responsible and please don't worry etc. etc. now he is saying we don' t have a battery guarantee card. If at all he gave the guarantee card that will be with instruction booklet only, if not he might have taken the card when he took the inverter for first time to repair. He did not even enter on invoice the serial no. of inverter and serial no. of battery.
Then I called 1800 toll free no. of amarraja, first they answered and your inverter got 2 years replacement guarantee and battery got 18 months replacement guarantee. total 3 years free service. after a week of my complaint also no response from my local seller and he is saying we will do something. I don't understand what he will do some thing that equipment is under guarantee/warranty period and he saying that.when my parents called he hung up the phone even though its an offense.
Then today again i called toll free of amarraja no one is answering the call in their website is saying from 8a.m to 8pm we will do service etc. etc.
I don't understand how these companies are giving selling authority to these type of people behave in most irresponsible way. spoiling company name lot frustration to the customer.
in fact this is installed in my parents house and seller is taking advantage because they are SENIOR CITIZENS.
