Telephone is dead for about last one month

Our telephone is dead for about last one month. The no is 0361-2667974 & it is under Ambari exchange tiGuwaha. It's a corporate no. We have registered the complain & the complain no is 33159 dated 8.10. but no resolution/respond.

Please resolve the problem.
