Delay in the renewal of passport (due date on 03/09 )

Respected Sir /Madam

Kindly do some thing to get my passport at the earliest.

Last due date was on 03/09.I went personally to the consulate on 21/09 they told me to submit a copy of the receipt, but response. Any time I need to go to India since my father is very sick. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
