I have booked my gas cyclinder wih the agency on 2 Oct and even today i.e. 08.10.2008 no cyclinder has been delivered to me. The agency is also in the habit not to attend the phone i.e. 0183-2400440. Generally they put the handset off and if by mistake bell rings, no body attend the phone upto 3PM daily.
