I havs bought a 22 kt gold palted necklace through redff auction from M/s AMS online on 06.10.2008.order no 4921360. When I tracked the item through web it is mentioned that the item is delivered through TNT couriers on 14.10.2008 vide consignment no 849628067... but it is not yet delivered... when I contacted TNT, i have been informed that they have not received any consignment from the seller.
